Built by an operator, run like one.
UKa$ii was formed in 2018 to build and run businesses in consulting and software. Today it is the company behind two of them.
Who we are
One company, two businesses.
UKa$ii is a private limited company, registered in England and Wales on 8 February 2018.
Each of our businesses has its own name, its own website and its own customers. Behind them sits one company, with one set of standards and one set of accounts, filed at Companies House.
That structure lets each brand speak to its own market while the company keeps the long view.

Mustafa brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, in enterprise technology, aviation, loyalty platforms and digital infrastructure.
He leads both of the company’s businesses.
